ESC WIRING

     

CASTLE CREATIONS WIRING: (For 10, 25, 35 and 45 amp models)
 
  INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Hook JR connector to receiver throttle channel. 
  • Input red to battery + or positive DC. 
  • Input black to - or negative DC. 
  • Output leads are any color to any color. All three leads are power leads on Brushless Motors. 
  • On the drawing above phase one is AB, phase two is BC and phase three is CA. 
  • To reverse motor rotation swap any two output leads and phase relationship will be reversed.
  • Do not swap three leads as no change in operation may result. 
  • If an airplane on off switch is to be used, add a conventional switch between the JR connector and receiver throttle channel. 
  • Do not use the provided connection for charging flight batteries in the airplane.  The ESC can be programmed but will work in the default mode. (see directions and see XLink Programer)

 

 

 JETI WIRING: (For 10, 12, and 16 cell models - not opto)
 
  INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Hook JR connector to receiver throttle channel. 
  • Input red to battery + or positive DC. 
  • Input black to - or negative DC. 
  • Output leads match the colors of ACn22 Series Motors, others any color to any color. 
  • In the drawing above, phase one is AB, phase two is BC and phase three is CA. 
  • To reverse motor rotation swap any two output leads and phase relationship will be reversed.
  • Do not swap three leads as no change in operation may result. 
  • Jeti BEC controllers have an off on switch for receiver power.
  • The ESC can be programmed for many functions (see directions).  The most important function is low voltage cutoff or 3 volts per cell for Lithium Polymer cells.

 

 

 HACKER WIRING:
 
  INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Hook JR connector to receiver throttle channel. 
  • Input red to battery + or positive DC. 
  • Input black to - or Negative DC. 
  • Output leads are any ESC lead to any Motor lead.  They are all power (Hot) wires.
  • Phase one is AB, phase two is BC and phase three is CA. 
  • To reverse motor rotation swap any two output leads and phase relationship will be reversed.
  • Do not swap three leads as no change in operation may result. 
  • Hacker BEC controllers have an off on switch for receiver power.
  •  DO NOT USE HACKER MASTER ESC IN DEFAULT MODE WITH MEGA BRUSHLESS Motors as Mega motors are 6 pole while Hacker are 2 pole.
